Terrorism attack | As President-elect Barack Obama shapes his foreign policy on Pakistan and Afghanistan, dealing with al-Qaida is expected to be one of his top priorities.
A top al-Qaida leader has already challenged Mr. Obama's sincerity of his stated intent to reach out to the Islamic world.
